Our last trip sans kids was to Los Angeles, CA.
We have stayed at Beach House a hotel in Hermosa Beach; we highly recommend staying there. It may be the only hotel to actually be on the beach.
Having some drinks with Anthony Graves
We experienced a helicopter ride above LA and surrounding areas. Our good friends Michelle (Mitch) and Jason (Cookie) joined us for the ride. Our pilot was none other than Lorenzo Lamas.

He was on a 1980s soap opera Falcon Crest. He later went on to play Reno Raines on the 1990s crime drama Renegade, and Hector Ramirez on the daytime soap opera The Bold and the Beautiful. He served as a judge on ABC television's Are You Hot? and starred in his own reality show, Leave It to Lamas, a series about his real-life family.
We also took a tour of a movie studio. What else is a tourist supposed to do. We chose Warner Brothers.
People thought Regan was famous and was hounded by paparazzi.
One of the house on set was Mrs. Beagles' home from Gremlins. Yeah, the one where she was shot out of the second story in her chairlift. Awesome.
We also got to sit in on the set of TV show Friends.
